Pros

Good history and culture, managed well financially, decent consistent pay - no union

Cons

Th brutal exposure to weather extremes and hazardous chemicals made me unhealthy. I had to work very long shifts which compromised safety and as a manager I was never allowed to redeem a sick day. We lost valuable employees to a very strict attendance policy.

Advice to Management

It would have helped to have walls in my facility because the winter wind chill whipping across the dock was terrible and made me sick and I couldn't get a sick day.

    Pros

Many of the jobs you can work from home and they have flex hours

    Cons

If you are driven for success you will not be liked here. They thrive static process and you cannot shine or you will pay dearly for it.

    Advice to Management

Train your management teams before putting them into management rolls. Also learn to listen to your customer more than the complaints of other lesser employees.

    Pros

    People used to be great.

    Cons

Infrastructure is outsourcing, and knowledge is evaporating.

    Advice to Management

People used to be the most valuable asset. Need to get back to that.
