Offer advancement to center leaders who exhibit leadership skills and knowledge about the industry. Clean out mid and upper management.

    Pros

    Real hands on learning experience. Lots of new things to learn everyday. Awesome place to meet true hard working staff.

    Cons

    Too many unecessary changes, too quick with no training and then write ups for not learning them. If u dont kiss **** your not doing ur job. Not enough staff, and some staff not competent. Some staff works harder that others. Center team takes orders from area tea, where area team doesnt not work with the staff to make life changing decitions on who gets fired or not. Huge communication gap in regional management and center staff. Fires good, hard, dedicated, faithfull, and ethical staff over *** kissers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I trully hope you start listening to staff, not as annoying complaints but as constructive feedback for stability in staffing. HUGE advice make center management walk what they are trying to preach. You want excellent customer service, it start in house, with the leadership praising good work and not focusing on the small 5 minutes tardyness, or the fact that only one person is working the front with no help, and getting written up for not anwering a phone, yet patient love him/her. Or maybe recognize that the person u just fired was the hardest working person who dedicated 12 hr shifts not for the over time but for the dedication to the job.

    Good Place to learn sales

    Always changing commission plan so people earn less.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Have a team of people that have performed field sales device a plan of best practices rather than a team of consultants who plan to find way to make people earn less.
