Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

I worked at Concern Worldwide full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

It's very fulfilling to have some role in reducing inequality and helping the poorest of the poor. And it's very satisfying to be part of a group that are ruthlessly efficient at doing it; in my experience little is wasted and tough decisions are made (not delayed).

    Cons

Salaries aren't great, but if you're thinking about working here, you have a different bottom line anyways.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find more ways to get knowledge from overseas staff into the plans made at HQ.
