    I worked at Concord Hospitality

    Pros

You are allowed to work on your own, with nobody looking over your shoulder. Since you are the only one working at the bar, you are able to take ownership of it.

    Cons

It can get boring at times, there are few times a year where you will only interact with a few people all night.
