I have been working at Concord Hospitality full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Concord is always looking to advance the success of all associates which leads to overall success of the company as a whole.

    Cons

Concord sometimes fails to recognize the individual accomplishments of all of its employees. While it prides itself as being a company that recognizes success, it always seems that the same individuals are always receiving kudos throughout the company while sometimes the efforts of others are never complimented.

I have been working at Concord Hospitality full-time

    Pros

Good company benefits. Corporate HR has great philosophies, however this is not being executed at hotel level.

    Cons

General and Assistant Manager are disrespectful to employees. They lie and deny to cover their own mistakes. The pay is not worth the amount of work that is expected of you. It's rare that salaried managers are present during holidays, weekends, and night shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not be hypocritical. Admit to your mistakes. Re-evaluate wage scales. Tell workers that they are doing a good job instead of picking out every flaw.
