The proprietary education industry is highly regulated with more regulation likely to be developed by congress for the industry.

    Pros

    helping people further their eduacation. Also, working with others outside of admissions.

    Cons

    horrible hr, no room to grow, monitored (constantly-recorded), with everything you do!

    Show your employees respect. FMLA, short term disability, respect they have a family....

    I have been working at Concorde Career Colleges full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    there are a lot of rules to follow but you will know if you are about to get fired. there is a lot of protocol . good place to work

    Cons

    its a bit disorganized at times and a lot of mis-comunication. no opportunity for a raise, hope you come in high cause you wont make much more any time soon
