Watch your back and cover your Gluteus Maximus Concorde

MA Instructor (Former Employee)

ProsVery diverse student population, at least we got free parking in PDX
Close to the Max line

Consno time to prep- work - work -work
Now the students start at 0730-1200 1230-500 1/2 hour lunch break give me a break
Administration has no clue what Recruitment is doing or who they are bringing in, if the students have a pulse they are in- it's So number driven. did I mention that the teaching staff is on the bottom of pecking order. If you say anything that might be interpreted as constructive- watch out.
Supplies are in short order- seems that new carpeting is more important than copy paper.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet a clue- the staff is so over worked and all you do is hold meetings and eat
Listen to staff--no wonder the MA program has lost 6 instructors in the past year - maybe it's time to replace the PD??????

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
