I worked at Concordia University

Pros

Concordia is growing now and soon will be one of the best universities in Canada. The management is excellent and most of the staff is very enthusiastic.

Cons

Concordia University is underrated comparing with McGill and other universities in Montreal. The campus in downtown is very noisy in crowded environment.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Honestly, management of Concordia University is excellent and they make their best to compete with the other universities in Montreal. Just to continue in the same way.

I have been working at Concordia University

    Pros

Excellent management, flexible work hours and a very comfortable work environment. Very fair compensation, with a great union supporting an unmatched benefits package.

    Cons

Management has difficulty communicating between departments which causes unnecessary delays. Permanent positions are very limited and difficult to attain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Excellent staff and faculty with great management to back it. One downfall is the prominence of female staff with lack of female management.
