Current Employee – been working at Concur Technologies
Pros – Competitive Salary
Great Benefits package
Lots of PTO
Surrounded by talent
Extremely flexible schedule with remote work encouraged
Managers really listen to their subordinates.
Cons – Communication slow at times but this is only because Concur is always looking to make the next big move in the market.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you're doing. Management is very transparent and you don't feel like they're sitting behind closed doors all day. Concur is regularly listed in the top 5 companies to work for each year for a reason. Keep it up!
