Great market and ability to dominate. There's a ton of opportunity to continue taking over the market.

Long hours and drive to win at all costs make this a tough place to work. There are a fair amount of politics given the size of the company. Overall though, I think these are outweighed by the benefits and chance to work with some great people on great projects that impact many, many, people
