I worked at Concurrent Computer full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Steady job and mostly clueless top management allows engineers and mid-level staff survive without a struggle. The CTO is a lifer (been there 30 years) and retiring in a few more - so everyone knows not to expect anything from him. The Sales guys are just barely hanging on and so it's a good place to chill.

    Cons

If you want a challenge - you don't want to be here. The management won't take risks - so you won't be learning the newest cool stuff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do something different with your products. Get rid of your current Board of directors. Unless you want more of the exact same for the next decade. You are almost irrelevant in the market today and your technologies are rusty.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
