No opinion of CEO

I worked at Condé Nast full-time

Pros

Pay is usually higher Challenging environment Great perks at higher-management level

Cons

Competitive in destructive way Untrustworthy coworkers out for personal gain Non-existent team effort in sales divisions "Devil Wears Prada" isn't too off-base...

Advice to Management

While competition breeds results for the stars of a department, it would be prudent to foster a more trustworthy environment to promote overall success.

I worked at Condé Nast as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Prestige of company. -Opportunities to work on photoshoots, interact with Vogue employees. -The other interns and my supervisor were all great - hardworking, dedicated, and fun people. -Exciting environment.

    Cons

-Long hours. -Paid by a small stipend for the amount of hours you put in. -A lot of running around/errands. This was a great experience as a student living New York, but as a career it's low-paid with long hours.

    Advice to Management

    Interns are largely ignored.
