Room to grow... benefits... perks...

Cons

Work-life balance if you live in the suburbs and commute by train everyday... the move to WTC in November will make my work/life balance even worse.

    terrible pay and no life! 14 hour days are the norm

    Pros

    Amazing company and atmosphere. Learned so much in a short period of time. Very Very organized.

    Cons

    Long hours, I can not really say more more than that. Conde Nast is one of the best companies I have been with.
