Condé Nast – “a prestigious company”

Pros

They are leaders of the pack, and I learn from the best. My salary is amazing, and there's a sheltered atmosphere. Lots of goodies are also sent to the office, like books, fancy food, etc.

Cons

The corporate structure. You don't ask questions to senior management, and you must conform to how things are done. I have to jump through hoops for any tech requests. It takes several weeks to install basic software. The company also sees itself primarily as a magazine company and doesn't devote enough resources to the web.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more transparent. Accept feedback and suggestions. Devote more resources to philanthropy, like giving employees time off to volunteer (we already get a half-day off for holiday shopping).
