“Good opportunities, but underpaid and over worked.”
I have been working at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good opportunities to expand knowledge and experience.
Cons – Severely underpaid and over utilized; Everything comes down to numbers regardless of value to the company; Turnover is higher than desired; Turnover without replacement is leading to overworked employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Compensate your employees that show value to the company.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
