I worked at Confluence Technologies
Pros – There are really good people that work there and a good sense of teamwork as well; everyone is willing to share knowledge and help each other out. The benefits package that's provided is really the best I've seen. It's also an interesting concept when it comes to projects where you are only ever assigned to work on one project at a time.
Cons – There really weren't too many that I experienced. The pay scale may be a little on the low side of the industry average but when the benefits are taken into account that kind of balances out and raises weren't that large but there is the potential of a bonus.
Advice to Senior Management – Rely on the people in house rather than outside solutions.
