Low Pay But Nice Place To Look For A New Job

Sales Associate (Former Employee)
Euless, TX

Pros$10.75 an hour or commission whichever is higher. Spiffs on products and furniture sales make for a better paycheck.

ConsI was always one of the top 3 salespeople in the store I worked in and never received more then $2300 a month. Most TV's and Electronics were paid at 1% commission. Big believer in cold calling previous and current customers.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more and the turn over would not be as high.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
