The place is a zoo and it lacks strong management. Not a good place to work

    Pros

    Good hours, flexible schedule, good holiday and medical benifits.

    Cons

    Too much focus on sales. Company is very "top heavy" with too many managers. Disconect between clinic staff and management creating conflict between customer needs and managments requirements.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your staff and spend more time in the clinics.

    I have been working at Connect Hearing full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Connect is the best company I have worked at in the industry. Their mission is simple, Help More People Stay Connected. If you utilize each and every tool provided by Connect, there is no way for you to not be successful. The communication from management happens daily and there are even calls with the CEO involving 5-10 people for their feedback. The company truly cares about what is going on in each office. There is plenty of room for growth as Connect continues to grow which I truly love because I plan on enjoying my entire career with this company.

    Cons

    The major con is winning back the patients that were with the legacy company that Connect bought and had a bad experience. Unfortunately in this field there are too many bad providers out there looking for a quick buck that ruin in for those who truly care about the patients. I feel if we can get them in to our team, they will commit to Connect for their hearing needs because they can trust us.

    Advice to Management

    Continue keeping the lines of communication open and listening to the staff. I finally feel as though my voice is heard at a company I work for.
