Serious problems here. Propaganda on Glassdoor to take up the ratings.

I have been working at ConnectAndSell full-time

    Pros

Good benefits plan for a company of this size. Culture in some locations is good. Very good delivery given the number of people involved. Sales team gets along. VP Sales and Marketing is a super nice guy. The CEO has a gift, ability to position things well and schmooze.

    Cons

This section may sound like I am venting, however, I am making sure you get the facts.

Propaganda driven Glassdoor page. The minute they get two bad review in a row that take the rating down, they ask employees to give a good review. Look at all the positive reviews same themes in them, especially for the cons (who would want to say no to the CEO/VP sales when they come to you to write a review, guess what I am not scared). The true story is, the company has been around for 7-8 years and hasn't been able to get anywhere close to where it should be.Talk to anybody who has left is willing to talk, they will tell you that there were too many fights between the management. Especially between the founders and and the gentlemen who calls himself the founder of the company right now. The VP sales is towing the company line and is very nice guy. But he has to tow the company line.

The current management took over the company through a massive illegal maneuver, filed lawsuit against the CEO, a respected Bay Area Executive. Cops came to the office. VCs got extremely unhappy and were involved in the fight, which resulted in them pulling back their support from the company. The current board appointments are questionable. They all have lawsuits against them. See the San Mateo Court Website and search the court records. The current CEO is all talk no walk. Sure you can call him anytime, because he doesn't want any trail of his conversations and decisions in writing. Hasn't sold a single dollar worth of product himself.

It's easy to say that 'we are in the best financial position when you have only been here 8-10 months'. Truth is, it was much better a couple of years ago. The company has a broken business model and a questionable management leading it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Be true to yourself
    - Be true to others
    - Run the business
    - Wait for the day I quit

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
