    Pros: it was an outstanding place to work. good people,very knowledgeable,willing to pass on their knowledge and everyone… Cons: it is a not for profit org. so the pay was low and management seemed to… Advice to Senior Management: see above Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

    Pros: The people and ideas behind Conner Prairie's interactive history museum are some of the best. The platform for the museum is world-renowned and critically acclaimed,… Cons: Since there are so many employees and volunteers to relatively few managers/supervisors, social loafing is a common problem. The pace is often times frustratingly slow.… Advice to Senior Management: Tighten the reigns a little bit. Responsibility could be delegated much more than what it is. Labor is often times more wasteful of company resources… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
