    Pros

They can get you a job. Just make sure you can work overtime to make any money. The bonus. They say you can get but you may never see. But you may get a bonus.

    Cons

It will not be a career by any means at this place. You know there is an issue when the owner sells the name, leaves and in the condition of the sale, nothing is suppose to change. Well everything changed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit! Especially upper management. I have seen so many come and go.

    Pros

Location is great close to about 4 or 5 bus lines, a shopping center and a few fast food places. The eclectic mix of people does include a mix of LGBT which is also great. If you speak a second language you have the opportunity to make a bit more per hour.

    Cons

Everyone here is miserable and looking hard for another place of employment. It is very hard to get into other positions within the company unless you are a "favorite". They lie to you during the Training portion of how much your going to be recognized and how much you have the potential to earn- but more importantly how much the enrollments and and other items count towards your potential bonuses. The people who listen to your calls & watch your times on & off the floor are ultimately who decide if you get a bonus or not, they don't care if you got screamed at or if you made someone's day. People have had their lives threatened by customers, Cars have been vandalized, broken into or stolen. This place built it's structure based on Politics & whatever makes the company look good- even if they have to cut a few corners to do so. The amount stress in the Call Center is surreal & I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone- friend or foe!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Restructure that whole management team from overall Manager of the Providence site to the Coaches (Supervisors)! Everyone works hard & should automatically be given bonuses on a regular basis, instead of the Ranking of the Call Center Floor nonsense!
