    I worked at Connor

    Pros

    Well respected in the industry, especially in the compliance field. Detailed procedures written but unfotunately not appreciated by clients. Ethical company.

    Cons

    A very much top down management styled organization. Very conservative company. Cmparerd to the competitors, Connors not known to be pro-active in offering products with a 'wow' price. Focus is not right. Should be sourcing the future, not inspecting (QA) the future. Too QA focused.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    There are many talents out in the offices. Reach out and listen. Corp powers are concentrated in too few senior executives.

    I have been working at Connor full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    100% ethical sourcing & merchandising company
    Friendly and professional working environment,
    Care human resources and their career development continuously.
    Open access to all levels and support whenever raise issues.
    Transparent information flow and modern software application to expedite job performances.

    Cons

    Sometimes performers feel dissatisfaction to see their evaluation has not justified correctly but figures shows he is strong performers and contributed company's profitability boldly. This is effecting human resources management badly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    To evaluate properly who is performer and follow companies norm, values and process right ways than others.
    To focus performers, add new opportunities to grow and offer benefits as per desired level.
