Stability. Money is alright as well.

Cons

Management can't seem to root out the weeds. The wrong people are promoted and aren't held accountable for bad behaviors and inaction. The company needs to take a good long look at how employees are treated and how they are not being satisfied.

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of the dead wood and implement a system to properly track employee satisfaction. Make changes and improve moral.
