I worked at ConocoPhillips as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

ConocoPhillips has a great internship program. They do a very good job of incorporating their values in intern events, and also expose interns to various aspect of the company. Supervisors are available and everyone has an open door and are willing to help. Upper management are accessible and the intern works were relevant to the business.

    Cons

The Westlake office does not have a gym.

too much layers of management, after the split, teams are busy creating an additional layer of management instead of reducing them
