ConocoPhillips – “Intern loves job”

Pros

Good benefits, flextime, great pay, and the people are all very easy to get along with. It is definitely a place you will love or hate. Everyone that I came in contact with treated me as a coworker and not as in intern. I was also given a real task, which was a big deal to me. I did not want to get coffee for people are summer long, regardless of pay. Conoco puts a strong emphasis on not encroaching into your personal time, so you don't have to worry about working at home.

Cons

No outstanding downsides that you don't find everywhere else. Some people may not like the social atmosphere, but that is fine.
