    Pros

    Good Pay, time off and sometimes profit sharing. Pay raises most years, benefits are established for local areas.

    Cons

    Inteligence is a detriment to advancement as Managers feel threatened. Not open to new ideas or improvements. Leave your brain at the gate, they only want a robot body.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the way you treat employees and the nepotism that exists in many of the refineries. Over worked and over extended employees make mistakes. Stop punishing employees that have ethics and morals and stop rewarding employees that cover up incidents and doctor reports.
