Conseco Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Conseco full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – The people were an asset to the company, but weren't treated as so.

Cons – Low pay, poor benefits, no bonus, few perks, poor communcation, ineffective management, backstabbing.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to and take advice from the people that actually do the work. They know how it works and they know how to improve it. Listen, don't dictate.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
