Pros – CI is full of talented, energetic, and passionate people who truly care about their jobs. It's a highly flexible environment allowing alternative hours, working from, travel opportunities, and good leave policies. Regular company events, happy hours, 'brown bags' allow social and networking opportunities.

Cons – As a large worldwide organization it is possible to get lost. There are limited upward advancement opportunities. Recent changes in structure and mission have been challenging to morale.

Advice to Senior Management – CI has grown very fast and become a great organization, but there seems to be some element of 'founder's sydrome', while the organization hasn't lost its dynamism it has begun to drift.
