Good first job to get b 2 b experince. They have a strong nutrition department but employees and a good menu program for long term care facilities. The other side of the business for restaurants is good in small towns, but not as strong in the larger metropolitan areas. They have some strong managers at corporate but the level under them are lacking in professional skills. It is a good opportunity to network within the long term care community and look for other areas you may want to go into in the future. Once again it is a good job for new college grads or someone looking to get into sales on the b2b side.

Cons

The pay is much lower than other companies in the industry. The territories are misaligned and the reps are falling all over each other to get accounts.
