  • No Opinion of CEO

Promises and plans mean nothing to this company.

All Talk (Don't Believe A Word) (Former Employee)

ProsRelatively laid-back working environment.
Reasonable re: technology budget to accomplish your job.
Open to listening to new ideas.
Aggressively pursue new business at times, and very competent when they decide to be.

ConsThe three partners' idea of "CEO by committee" is a disaster. Decisions take forever, and progress happens either from the bottom-up or by edict at the last minute. The HR situation is a disaster, and professionalism is a real issue.

Advice to Senior ManagementMake your words mean something. Lead by example, not by wishing in one hand. Business development, or business in general, should be methodical, not "Ready, Fire, Aim."

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
