Pros

Pay, benefits, working culture
Respect for individuals truly is a guiding principle and followed.

Cons

Lack of alignment within management across departments
Strategic vision from C level is not communicated broadly or coherently.
Product Management is on auto pilot.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Explain the vision for all recent acquisitions. Seek out and embrace your forward looking employees and managers.

    Pros

    Pay is decent.
    Corporate outings a few times a year.
    Free food.

    Cons

    Not a meritocracy - it's about sucking up not making better products
    Terrible management - management is essentially just sales execs that want to sell crappy products under the guise of helping small business

    Find out what small businesses really need vs. investing in the latest trends that you can nickel & dime your customer base
    Build tools that need less phone and sales support

    I worked at Constant Contact full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great people, culture, leadership. Only reason I left was due to moving out of state. I'll be very lucky to find a place like this to work again.

    None that I can think of, really.
