I have been working at Constant Contact full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay is decent. Corporate outings a few times a year. Free food.

    Cons

Not a meritocracy - it's about sucking up not making better products Terrible management - management is essentially just sales execs that want to sell crappy products under the guise of helping small business

    Advice to Management

Find out what small businesses really need vs. investing in the latest trends that you can nickel & dime your customer base Build tools that need less phone and sales support
