A once great culture.......ruined

Marketing Program Manager (Current Employee) Waltham, MA

ProsWhen I started, the people, customers, and product were top notch.

ConsThe culture shifted during my time there, and the focus went from being on the customer, to the bottom line. This is the reason for their decline in marketshare...........they went from being a Small Business focused on Small Business, to a Medium-Large sized business, focused on revenue.

Advice to Senior ManagementCut the fat.........and stop dumping the people who are "in the trenches" doing the work!

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
