Approves of CEO

I worked at Constellation Brands part-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Good culture, summer hours, they take care of their employees, good training. They offer employee wine sales as well as wine tasting classes so that employees become experts on their products. Everyone in the office is very friendly and gets along very well. There are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of at Constellation.

Advice to Management

I advise that management just keeps doing what they've been doing.

I have been working at Constellation Brands full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The benefits; such as, product allowance, having a bar at work and the fact that you are encouragement to use it, RSU and Option stock along with ESPP, are awesome perks for a job that you work very hard at.

    Cons

Lack of advancement and growth opportunity, unless you are in finance

    Advice to Management

It appears many new VP and above are trying to make a name for themselves in the company these days - we need to stay focussed on the goals and have very specific goals each year, versus haivng as many as we possibly can. It gets a little overwhelming when it comes from so many different directions
