I have been working at Constellation Energy Group

Pros

Leadership team is great and very visionary. There are job opportunities across the company and in the utility in Baltimore.

Cons

Current merger with Exelon provides opportunities as well as challenges. Some people will truly benefit from the opportunities, others will be placed in temporary positions.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Drive the synergies and efficiencies that come with the merger. Make the new company the best out of the two legacy companies.

I have been working at Constellation Energy Group

    Pros

Good pay... good people - good hours

    Cons

Too many meetings - not a clear direction - too many layers to go through to get things done. Sometimes talents are recognized unless you have an Engineering degree.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I wouldn't want to be part of management. They are told how to think. Very few stick up for what is right.
