    Pros

It's a good place to go if you have some prior experience in account management and development.

    Cons

Old school management - you need to prove yourself before you get any respect.

    Pros

I honestly cannot think of any. A timely paycheck is the closest, but this is by law so it's not really a pro.

    Cons

Staffed in position unrelated to what I was told. Told me to quit if I don't like it. Tricked into moving to LA from San Diego for a position I was told would go permanent. The client said that Consultnet are "pimps" who gave me a blatant lie likely to trick me into taking the job as they had no intention of hiring me once I moved her. Placed on a job and never followed up with. Retaliated by ignoring me when I reported discrimination on the job site. When I asked for personnel records I was refused them even though that is unlawful. No support or care of how the staff they place are fairing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every other temporary agency follows up with their employees monthly to verify how the job is goinog. I suggest you go take some lessson from reputable temp agencies on how to run yours as Consultnet is not far form a lawsuit with the way they handle their employees. Also stop lying to people to trick them into taking a position.
