I worked at Consumer Electronics Association full-time for less than a year

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed interning at CEA. As a CES Operations Intern, I was paid well, and was able to work on a variety of projects, and attend the International CES show. Everyone is very friendly there and laid-back.

Cons

While at CES, I worked a lot of hours.

    I have been working at Consumer Electronics Association full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Amazing benefits including $25 ki to buy home and wellness program boot camp, flextime, tlework. CES is run ethically and competently. Lots of employee moral gatherings and team work. Can be creative and try new ideas. Anyone can talk to anyone.

    Cons

    no nearby lunch places. Must excell to be promoted. They do let people go if there is not a fit. Mistakes are okay if disclosed but incompetence is not tolerated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Do not hesitate to let weak people go even if they are nice. Can cut back on summer camp atmosphere. Keep sharing the vision about changing the world!
