Pros-Consumer United is building a progressive future by putting in place key strategic tactics from the top down to implement new training, internal progression and employee programs to keep up with the rapid growth.
-Dynamic work environment with lots of growth opportunity
-Ability to always make an impact as an employee
-fun parties

Cons-Such fast growth can lead to reactive programs versus proactive.

Advice to Senior Management-more training for professional development in all areas of the company.

    Pros: Great people, great management and am awesome place to work. Perfect location in the city. After working here you'll be able to sell… Cons: You are either cut out for the job or you are not. People that can't do their job… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

    Great experience for recent grads, but nothing else

    I worked at Consumer United full-time for less than a year


    Pros: Company does pay for training, albeit a two-week process where you're supposed to learn everything there is to know about insurance before being tossed onto… Cons: The company uses an automatic dialer that calls leads 10-20 times/day, ensuring that everyone you talk to has been sufficiently bothered before you're supposed to… Advice to Senior Management: The company is trying to build a brand and is poised to do so with infrastructure and investment in place. Yet, the marketing tactics, sales… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
