    Pros

    - Positive environment with good people and overall good intentions and business practices

    Cons

    - Environment has become dull with such an operational focus; loyalty and motivation have suffered across the board as a result.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Strive to get to know your employees better. Remember you're leading a company and individual teams and that your personal objectives are only part of your responsibility. Certain leadership acting in their own self-interest (commission) with seemingly no concern for other teams/personnel affected.

    I worked at Contact Solutions full-time

    Pros

    Remote work options, nice office at HQ, good co-workers

    Cons

    2 founding owners abruptly left, then the 3rd a year later. Culture has gone downhill fast. Management is only looking out for their own interests with no concern for employee retention, development, etc.

    Be honest, promote from within, your employees are your greatest asset, act like it.
