Worthwhile company

Sales (Current Employee)

Pros- Positive environment with good people and overall good intentions and business practices

Cons- Environment has become dull with such an operational focus; loyalty and motivation have suffered across the board as a result.

Advice to Senior ManagementStrive to get to know your employees better. Remember you're leading a company and individual teams and that your personal objectives are only part of your responsibility. Certain leadership acting in their own self-interest (commission) with seemingly no concern for other teams/personnel affected.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Remote work options, nice office at HQ, good co-workers Cons: 2 founding owners abruptly left, then the 3rd a year later. Culture has gone downhill fast.… Advice to Senior Management: Be honest, promote from within, your employees are your greatest… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
