“one of the best companies to work for”
I worked at Container Store full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Employee first culture makes this one of the best companies to work for. The Container Store expects a commitment from its employees but makes the same commitment to them.
Cons – As with any retail company, expect to work odd hours and holidays. The vacation package is great but you have to find off days to take.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
