Continental Airlines – “Good Company”

Pros

Travel Benefits are great being able to travel around the world. Retirement plans, and hourly way is acceptable.All of the employees are friendly and the whole airline works hard to please it's employees.
they our flexible for hour and hardly ever layoff employees, even when the times are tough.
They are good to work for ! !

Cons

Long hours and it is all seniority based, some one may be promoted before you even though you are the better candidate for the job. sometime upper management can be a little dicey and inexperienced in the work force. but overall a good company to work for.

Advice to Senior Management

Have a better plan for advancement within the company.
