The culture! I've never had such a warm welcome to a company. Walking through the buildings you see smiling faces and laughter. Have a question? Just pick up the phone and call anyone in a department and you will get a courteous hello and then actual help! Our benefits are wonderful too! Our parking is paid for at corporate or use the bus for a huge discount. Then best for last. Hop a flight to anywhere, pay a very minimal fee and possibly get first class to boot. This is such an enjoyable place to work. I am so glad to say Continetal Airlines is my employer.

Cons

Our pay is very low but it is an airline and thus is understandable.
