Limited promotion potential
Lack of variety, sometimes, in day to day work
Not so much customer interaction, depending on job title
Big dependance on Germany for marching orders / direction

Advice to Senior Management

Work towards fostering entrepreneurship within the company. Allow young employees some flexibility in work from home options, and/or international rotations. Young employees these days grow impatient, and I was one of those employees. I wanted to move into something brand new, and get recognized for all my work, and I couldn't due to what I was working on.
