ProsGreat flexibility with a fast moving company, bosses are very understanding of personal situations, lots of vacation time, company places a very large investment with their employees in regards to training

ConsFor the amount of work you do and responsibility you have, and money the company makes, personal objective incentives aren't as motivating as they could be

Advice to Senior ManagementGet more aggressive in the market place, market share leads to profitability, not the other way around, don't be afraid to incentivize your employees, they will produce if it's worth it

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
