    I worked at Continental part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good benefits including PTO and healthcare.
    Smart engineers in Deer Park who are great to work with.
    Good location
    Local Sr. Management generally good

    Cons

    Can be very frustrating to work there. All decisions are now made in Germany and they have no clue how to use the team in Deer Park so they generally ignore them.
    German Sr. Management generally poor

    dynamic team environment, global player, opportunities in many different functions and countries, excellent benefits, employee focus, challenges everyday, fun

    If you don't like to be challenged and drive towards top performance Continental is not the right company for you

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep pushing our values, challenge managers at all levels to look beyond their own function, business unit and division. Reward and promote based on performance track record instead of mainly focusing on how visible someone is.
