    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Continental as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Voted one of thetop ten best companies to work for in the Charlotte metro area for the last few years. Good compensation, especially when both company and individual yearly goals are met. Teams cooperate well and act professionally. New facility with recent expansion and upgrades.

    Cons

Hi-performance expectations do not fit everyone. Can be demanding, more so in some departments. Limited training and development opportunities, but that is changing.

    Advice to Management

Watch the fine line between encouraging high performance and burning out employees. Continue to develop training and professional development opportunites for employees.

I have been working at Continental as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

No Hassles...need not be extremely technical oriented to get an Embedded Software Engineer job. Emphasis on Code reusability. Knowledge is everywhere, all are ready to help. Amazing exposure to Practical Lab stuff and you get to work on the real thing!

    Cons

Work life balance not so good. Locations, in MI and Illinois, not favorable to youngsters, since no happening life. Low on Salary
