I have been working at Continental full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Jobs/Benefits, Nice Location, the workers care

    Cons

Same Old Problems Reoccur. Not much gets fixed. Daily Fire Fights. Lots of Change.
The plant is better than it was when I started working there but it has a long way to go.

I worked at Continental as a contractor for more than 5 years

    Pros

Powerful, worldwide company with obvious influence. They can make the correct business moves to acquire contracts and move forward quickly.

    Cons

Heartless and non-responsive concerning dental insurance issues. Unless they are "legally" required to reply, you are left in the dark with no response. An obvious "we don't care" attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"Treat all people as you wish to be treated yourself"...Unless you thrive on disappointment and low integrity.
