I worked at Continuing Education of the Bar

Pros

The people there and the atmosphere are great. People are helpful and friendly, and care about each other. They have fun get togethers and celebrations for holidays sometimes as well.

Cons

I do have any any cons to speak of. I think the company is making some changes, which involve going more into the digital realm, which is a good thing.

    Pros

Close to public transportation. Allows for good work/life balance. Nice offices.

    Cons

The company is hobbled by ancient systems and the inability to change. Strong on blaming, short on changing. Very frustrating place to work if you want to work and grow. The UC system is difficult to navigate and the "benefits" promised have not panned out.

    Advice to Management

Manage. No output, no systems should = no job.

  2. Good start, plan your next move in the interim
