Pros

Great benefits (which are, alas, changing for the worse for new hires), job security, nice offices, close to public transportation

Cons

backward thinking, highly political (part of University of California), very little respect for non- lawyer staff, resistant to change, little opportunity for advancement

    Stagnation after initial 1.5-2 years for web team members

    Websites are a direct touch point with members, management need to involve web teams in insights-generation, as they know web best.

    Training, fragmented structure, at times very poor management

    The management of lower levels of talent is quite frankly appalling and the reason for massively high turn over in these ranks.
