Management and Directors are easy to approach

They don't do much to keep you wanting to work here, compensation wise.

    I have been working at Continuum Health Partners for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Patient ratio is reasonable.Flex time

    Cons

    Cancellation less than 2 hrs prior to work.Gets pulled out from an assign unit @ the middle of the tour or shift.Understaffed more often recently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire more staff.& consider the acuity of patients in the unit before a staff get pulled to another unit @ the middle of the shift.Treat a supplement or perdiem staff to feel at home or part of the team.

    That ultimately you are helping to provide patient care, whether or not you interact directly with patients that is the common goal.

    Cons

    Company does not value its employees in the least. It's an incredibly disorganized environment but even worse, it doesn't seem like improvement is strived for.

    Listen to your employees; start realizing this is a 2nd-tier institution and work to make it better.
