    Pros

There aren't any good reasons to work there.

    Cons

A company that works you to death and expects you to be available 24/7/365. There is no work life balance, it's all work work work. They find reasons to get rid of their best people, they are working with a skeletal staff with no plans to replace those lost to attrition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize your staff are people and can only do so much with what they have. Better planning would be appreciated instead of having to deal with the 'fire' of the day.
